Allan Gilreath, RPT (Registered Piano Technician) - President
Allan's credentials give some idea of the entire company's focus on service to our customers. As a Registered Piano Technician
(RPT) member of the Piano Technicians Guild (PTG) and as a member of the Musical Instrument Technicians Association (MITA)
he constantly strives to improve and upgrade his skills as a technician in order to better serve you as our client. Participation
in continuing education venues such as workshops and seminars as well as research and authoring technical articles further
those efforts. His Bachelor degree in Music Business from Berry College, many years of work in the piano sales and service
industry and vast experience in servicing and restoring pianos places him in a perfect position to focus on the piano player's
needs.
Leah Roach - Vice President & General Manager
Leah's experience in coordinating and scheduling piano service places her in the position of handling the day-to-day needs
of the office and maintaining her exceptional rapport with the customers. One of her strong points, in addition to her talent
and her faith, is her ability to match the needs of the piano customer with a particular instrument. She stands ready at all
times to make those perfect matches.
Delbert Mock - Piano Technician
Delbert is a highly experienced piano technician who apprenticed under Allan. An Associate member of the Piano Technicians
Guild (PTG), he brings extensive experience in machinery, metal working, welding and jewelry making to the organization. In
addition, his skills in cabinet touch-up and refinishing place him in high demand to assist in resolving some of the difficulties
that life throws at our customers.
Brad Swancy - Piano Technician
John Tucker - Electronics Technician
Dallas Mock - Associate Piano Technician & Moving Supervisor
Dallas coordinates our moving crews and manages moving equipment. His varied skill set in the shop allows him to perform
rebuilding tasks while also overseeing building and ground maintenance. Dallas also inspects all new and used pianos that
arrive in the shop to help ensure that our customers enjoy quality instruments and trouble-free service.
Kim Briggs - Piano Instructor
Kim is a member of the Music Teachers National Association and the Cobb County and Rome chapters of the Georgia Music Teachers
Association. She is also a member of the National Guild of Piano Teachers and chairman of the new audition center in Calhoun.
Her students enjoy being a part of different festivals and events each year, including Christmas and Spring recitals, the
National Piano Guild Auditions, and Pianothon - an event in Atlanta held at Perimeter Mall. She accepts students for both
group and private instruction starting at the age of four.
Alex Harper - Guitar Instructor & Sales Associate
Alex is an experienced studio instructor who holds a Bachelor degree in Music Performance from Berry College. His ability
and experience allow him to provide a sound foundation of musical knowledge for students that will enable them to develop
the sound and style they desire.
Anthony Thompson - Apprentice Piano Technician
Anthony is Allan's current apprentice technician. He is an experienced player and performer, having participated in numerous
regional recitals as a soloist. His accomplishments belie his age of fifteen, but his enthusiasm for his craft truly reflects
a commitment to quality.
Ben Carter - College Intern
Ben is a participant in Berry College's music internship program and will be studying with us for 2007. He is a Music Business
major and vocal performer.
